How do add-ons work?
Activate them from your back-office in two clicks. Billed monthly prorata on your card. Deactivate anytime, no penalty.
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
You receive an email at day 5 and day 7 to activate your subscription. If you don't convert, your tenant goes read-only for 30 days, then is archived. Your data remains recoverable on request during those 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your settings. No penalty, no commitment. The current period stays due.
What if I exceed my member quota?
You receive an alert at 80% and 100%. Beyond, the Extra members add-on (€0.15/member) auto-activates, billed monthly prorata. No service cut.
How do I switch between Starter and Pro?

Is my data really hosted in France?
