About

Building the Community OS.

Solo-founded. Built with a first client. In production, not in a pitch.

The vision: Community OS

ONOTAI starts from a simple premise: most networks run a directory and call it a community. A directory counts; a Community OS connects. Every module — directory, match, posts, events, VIP — is built to move value between members, not to harvest likes.

Why now

Existing tools force a choice: pay for a payment rail (HelloAsso, AssoConnect) that ignores relationships, or rent a premium platform (Hivebrite) out of reach. Between the two, a market gap. ONOTAI is the SaaS that fits — multi-tenant, GDPR-native, French-first, self-service.

Why IOM first

Innovation Outremer (IOM), a network of overseas entrepreneurs and innovators, is the first production client. Built with them, not for a pitch deck. When you sign, you walk into the code, not the slide.

Founder note
Ludovic Narayanin Solo-founder, ONOTAI

I built ONOTAI because no tool on the market treated this question seriously: how to make members of a federation actually help each other, without spam, without manual brokering, and without shipping their data to the US. What AssoConnect does for accounting, ONOTAI does for human relationships.

If you try it and it doesn't hold up, write to me directly at hello@onotai.com. I read everything, I reply the same day. No SDR, no tier-1 support — just me and the code.
